How it Works

1. Share your idea — Tell us about your project using the "Contact Us" page. Whether you have a detailed design, a rough sketch, inspirational photos, or just an idea, we'd love to hear about it.
2. Design it Together — We'll review your request and contact you to discuss your vision, answer questions, and help refine the design, if needed. Once we have a clear direction, we'll provide a quote for your custom project.
3. Approve Your Design & Place Your Order — When you're happy with the design and quote, we'll create a custom invoice for your project. Production begins after your order has been placed and payment has been received.
4. We Bring Your Vision to Life — Your project is handcrafted in our Pacific Northwest Workshop using carefully selected materials and attention to every detail.
5. Carefully Packed & Shipped – Once completed, your handcrafted piece is carefully packaged and shipped to its new home. We'll provide tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
