Ordering & Personalization
Can I personalize my order?
Yes! Most of our products can be customized with:
- Names
- Rank
- Dates
- Units or Commands
- Locations
- Quotes
- Logos (when authorized)
- Custom artwork
Please double-check all spelling, dates, and personalization details before submitting your order. We engrave exactly what is provided.
Can you engrave military insignias or unit logos?
In many cases, yes.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any copyrighted, trademarked, or protected artwork they provide.
We reserve the right to decline requests involving copyrighted or trademarked material if we cannot legally reproduce it.
Will I see a proof before engraving?
For fully custom orders or complex designs, we may send a digital proof for approval.
Production begins only after approval has been received.
Production Time
Each item is handcrafted to order.
Typical production times:
- Standard personalized orders: 3–7 business days
- Complex custom orders: 5–10 business days
Production times may increase during holidays or periods of high order volume.
Shipping
Orders are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely.
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are separate from production time.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery delays are unfortunately outside our control.
Customers will receive tracking information when their order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are personalized, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
- The wrong item was received
- The item arrived damaged
- We made an engraving error
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins.
Once engraving has started, personalized orders cannot be canceled.
Natural Wood Disclaimer
Wood is a natural material.
Each piece will have its own unique:
- Grain patterns
- Knots
- Color variations
- Character markings
These natural differences make every item one of a kind and are not considered defects.
Handmade Quality
Every item is individually crafted, sanded, finished, and inspected before shipping.
Minor variations are part of the handcrafted nature of genuine wood products and add to their unique character.
Display Items
Decorative stands, challenge coins, medals, flags, props, and other accessories shown in product photos are for photography purposes only unless specifically stated as included.
Care Instructions
To keep your engraved wood product looking its best:
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
- Keep away from excessive moisture.
- Do not submerge in water.
- Indoor display is recommended.

Do you accept custom requests?
Absolutely! We enjoy creating one-of-a-kind pieces. If you have an idea, we’d love to hear it.
Can you engrave my own design?
Often, yes. We’ll review your artwork and let you know if it’s suitable for engraving.
Do you offer bulk or command orders?
Yes. We welcome command gifts, retirement gifts, promotion gifts, squadron awards, and other large orders. Please contact us for pricing and production timelines.
Do you make gifts for branches other than the Navy?
Yes. While many of our products are Navy-inspired, we can create custom pieces for all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, first responders, businesses, families, and special occasions.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every item is handcrafted and engraved in our Pacific Northwest workshop.
